Bouncing Around

Went on a cooking rampage today, probably because class starts tomorrow and I’m afraid I won’t have the time to cook like this for a while… Blueberry muffins, ragu bolognese, and latkes, which were my big experiment for the day. Can’t wait to make them and serve with creme fraiche and roe, just like at Russ & Daughters in NY.
